SignalsDeck (“we”, “our”, or “the site”) respects your privacy and handles the limited data it processes with care. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. SignalsDeck is operated by SikiLabs.
We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: SignalsDeck is a static, public information site. We do not offer accounts, logins, or passwords, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to browse the site.
No direct collection. Because there is no sign-up or login, we do not collect names, contact details, or payment information through normal browsing. The only time you share personal information is if you choose to email us (see “Contact” below).
Automatically generated access data. Like most websites, our infrastructure and analytics collect limited technical data that is generated automatically when you visit — such as IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), access times, referring links, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
We use the following third-party services for analytics and advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies.
Google Analytics — used to measure visitor numbers and usage patterns in aggregate, so we can improve the site. You can opt out using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
Google AdSense — third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to SignalsDeck and other websites.
For more on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google’s partner-sites policy.
Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. SignalsDeck itself does not use cookies or local storage to run the site, so doing so will not affect your ability to browse — it only limits the third-party analytics and advertising services described above.
We use the limited data we collect only to:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share it with outside parties except as described in this policy: the analytics and advertising providers named above (such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense) receive usage and cookie data through their services, and their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. Some privacy laws treat this kind of advertising-related data transfer as a “sale” or “share”; you can limit it using the opt-out links in the “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” section above.
Automatically generated access logs are kept for the period needed for operation, statistics, and any applicable legal requirements, and then deleted. Any email you send us is kept only as long as needed to respond. Cookies can be deleted by you at any time in your browser.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for example, the right to object to certain processing, or to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We honor applicable requests; please reach us through the Contact details below.
SignalsDeck is intended for a general adult audience interested in market data and education. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The site may link to third-party websites (such as exchanges or reference sources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their policies separately.
We may update this policy as the site or legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent through the Contact page or to signalverdict@gmail.com.
